For a change of pace, head over to The Standard for one of the greenest get-togethers of the year. Dream in Green invites you to party dockside, enjoy breathtaking views of the bay, and specialty cocktails at our ‘Setting the Standard,’ fundraiser from 7 p.m. to 11 p.m. on April 11, 2014 at The Standard Spa in Miami Beach.
The affair kicks off with the presentation of the 2014 Green Innovator Awards, recognizing local companies and individuals for undertaking green initiatives. The honorees at the event “Setting the Standard” will include representatives from Dade Recycling, Luis Valenzuela, Southeast Florida Regional Climate Change Compact, Stearns Weaver Miller Weissler Alhadeff & Sitterson, P.A, Morrison, Brown, Argiz & Farra, LLC, and USGBC South Florida.
Guests will have an opportunity to bid on silent auction items, enjoy an eco-fashion show by Luis Valenzuela, and a cocktail reception featuring lavish hors d’oeuvres and premium drinks.
All proceeds from this event will benefit Dream in Green. Thanks to a partnership with Just Green this is a carbon-neutral event.
